Cal. 44. S# 184366. Revolver is in standard configuration, 8" barrel with one line New York US America address, manufactured 1869-1870 based on serial number. Colt was altering revolvers in this serial range to cartridge, percussion revolvers in this range are scarcer than cartridge alterations. CONDITION: good overall, good markings, wedge and nipples are replaced, traces of finish in protected areas, scattering pitting, good rolled naval battle scene, grips well fit with moderate to heavy edge wear.
